The confectionery is our main business and will always be our pride. In 1922 Jules Joseph Grossat and his wife started a French confectionery in the same building where the hotel is situated today. The company was passed down through the generations. In the fifties the bakery was combined with a kitchen and later expanded with a catering service. In 1989 the confectionery was completely renovated and expanded with a lunchroom. During the expansion of the hotel we changed the confectionery in 2005. It no longer operates as a confectioners' shop but you can still enjoy a cup of coffee with a piece of cake or enjoy a lunch. Also available are the most typical of confectioners products like sweets, chocolates, souvenirs, etc. |
